Pastor Annie Ladnier has served as an ELCA Pastor since 2015, but began her career in full time ministry in 2005 while serving as a Director of Youth & Family Ministry. She holds degrees from Augustana College and Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. She lives with her husband, Pastor Lucas Ladnier (Holy Trinity Lutheran, Marietta,) and their two daughters. She previously served two congregations in the Northwest Synod of Wisconsin before joining us as our Interim Pastor in July of 2026.
Pastor Annie is passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds experience the inclusive love and grace of Jesus, empowering people to share it with one another, and the world God made, and enabling congregations to participate in God’s wider mission in their communities and world! She enjoys naming the gifts she sees in others and helping them use them to serve the Kingdom of God.
In her spare time Pastor Annie enjoys soaking up as much time with her family as possible, checking out new restaurants and fun spots in her new surroundings, cozying up with a good book or true crime podcast, meeting up with friends for coffee, or going on a long walk.
