We are created to be in fellowship with God and others
As seen by the life of Jesus, God created us to be in fellowship with one another. At Cross of Life, there are many ways for people of all ages to get involved and all are welcome to join in! Click on the blue headings below for more information.
“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness; come into his presence with singing.” (PSalm 110:1-2)
Music is an integral part of worship at Cross of Life. Adults and youth are very welcome to join in the Chancel Choir, contemporary band, handbells, and instrumental ensembles. If you sing or play an instrument, there is a group for you!
We are instructed in the Bible to help those in need, and we reach out to others in our community, in the region and nation, and around the world. Serving together is a blessing and an extremely rewarding experience!
Adult programming at Cross of Life features Christian education, annual retreats, service groups, leadership team participation, and fellowship events. There are many ways to get involved!
Cross of Life and Prince of Peace have teamed up to have joint Confirmation and youth programming. Just like our faith, a compass both grounds where you are and guides where you are going. And the faith relationships we build during our middle and high school years have significant impact on our life-long journey with Christ and with his church. We encourage all families with youth 6th – 12th grades to participate fully in Compass Youth events! The group meets weekly (alternating between Cross of Life and Prince of Peace) and lunch is provided.
Cross of Life is the chartering organization for Boy Scout Troop 1717 – a fun and active troop formed in 1992. Anyone from 11-17 can become a Boy Scout and guests are always welcome!
Children are a cherished and celebrated part of our faith community, therefore we give them love and support as they grow in their faith. Many learning and fellowship opportunities are offered throughout the year.
