The Secretary, a member of the Executive Team, continually assesses current and future programs to determine their connection to the mission, vision, beliefs and values of the congregation. The Secretary communicates with teams to assess if they are attaining objectives set forth for each ministry area in the strategic plan; works with the Executive Team to establish the agenda for Council meetings, Town Hall Meetings, and the Annual Meeting; and keeps minutes and official records of the congregation in conjunction with the Church Secretary.
